Why I built FieldCue
01 / The Operator's Bottleneck
As a sales operator running multiple GoHighLevel environments, I repeatedly hit the same bottleneck: after reps got off calls, valuable context died in the recording. Objections, budget parameters, timelines, and compliance errors vanished unless managers manually listened to hours of audio.
02 / Why Generic Assistants Fail
General AI meeting assistants simply dumped massive blocks of raw summaries into general CRM text fields. They did not map custom contact values, score script compliance, route specific customer objections, or attribute closed revenue back to the calls.
03 / The Operator-to-CRM Bridge
I built FieldCue to solve this exact problem. FieldCue acts as the automated bridge between your sales conversations and GoHighLevel. Our dedicated FieldCue Bridge desktop Electron app automatically downloads and syncs recordings from hardware voice recorders, while our Google Drive auto-sync monitors folders for Zoom, Google Meet, and local recordings. Direct web uploads allow manual submission of MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, or MOV formats with duplicate uploads detected automatically — you're never billed twice for the same recording. Finally, the Face2Face Add-on features, available as an in-app upgrade, ensure in-person coaching is enabled only for eligible tiers.
